about
I wrote this song for my sister-in-law Christina, who died in 2018 after a long battle with cancer. Her son Aiden wrote the first line of the lyrics when he was around nine. He wanted to write a rock song for our fictitious band called "Fast Savage Men." "Fearsome Life" was our first and only song. It was about the zombie apocalypse but the first line reminded me of Christina's passionate fight to beat cancer through natural means after the doctors had failed. "I see you turning your body inside out. We only know it's fearsome."
